EMBROIDERY :

Embroidery is a process where thread is stitched into your custom product. With embroidery you can create a more professional look which will last longer than the inks used in screen printing. Embroidery on almost all occasions is priced based on a stitch count. This stitch count is usually broken down per thousand stitches and priced accordingly.
Pros – Very professional looking, lasts longer than screenprinting, enhances your garment, gets your business noticed!
Cons – Logo’s may need to be altered due to difficulty of showing shading with thread, Very small text is very difficult, Little more expensive than screen printing.

PRINTING :

Screen printing is a process that uses inks that are applied to a substrate. Some of the most common substrates used are t-shirts. The process is called screen printing because a mesh screen with a stencil is created for each color in a design in which ink is pushed through onto your t-shirt, creating a finished logo once combined.
Pros – Create high end products with shading and gradients, Fairly inexpensive for large runs, Can recreate a very detailed logo
Cons – Fading or cracking may occur after several washes, Requires a minimum order due to setup time, Can not screen print on all types of materials.
